Paul Foster, President

Paul FosterPrior to joining Jackson Surgical Assistants, Paul served as President of O'Grady Peyton International, Inc., the international nurse staffing division of a public company, where he grew revenues by more than 260% to $73MM in four years. He has also served as COO of a General Electric company, a Project Manager at Booz Allen & Hamilton, and an Analyst at Westpac Banking Corporation. Paul holds a BA and MBA from Columbia University in the City of New York.

Shannon Ross Stahl, Vice President, Sales & Recruitment

Shannon StahlShannon joined Jackson from Kelly Services, Inc., one of the largest global staffing firms, serving in multiple senior management positions over seventeen years, including Regional Director of Kelly Financial Resources; Director of Implementation and Service, launching 600 on-site accounts; and Director of Operations, Europe, launching the company's first pan-European account while based in Brussels, Belgium. She graduated from the University of Michigan.

Kathleen V. Brooks, PA, Vice President, Clinical Operations

Kathy BrooksKathy has over 30 years of experience in the operating room setting. Prior to joining Jackson Surgical Assistants, Kathy was Administrative Director, Anesthesia and Surgical Support Services at Bassett Healthcare where she also served as OR Director and Director of the Department of Surgery. Kathy served as a Commander of a C-130 Aeromedical Evacuation Unit during her service in both the Air Force and Air National Guard. Kathy earned her PA certification from the Albany Medical College of Union University, her Bachelor of Science from SUNY and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Sidney Funk, MD, Medical Director

Sidney is a board certified OB/GYN with over 35 years of experience. He holds an undergraduate degree from Emory University and a MD from the Medical College of Georgia. He did his internship at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, NY in medicine and surgery and his OB/GYN residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Bronx Municipal Hospital Center in the Bronx, NY where he was chief resident. He served two years in the US Navy, including one year in Vietnam.

Duane Prickett, SA-C, CPC, Regional Operations Director

Duane PrickettDuane was previously President and CEO of Midtown Surgical Associates, a surgical assistant company that served the Atlanta Metropolitan area, and President and CEO of MSA Billing Services, a Medical Billing company spanning 7 States. He is a member of the Association of Surgical Technologists, Association of Surgical Assistants, American Board of Surgical Assistants, American Academy of Professional Coders, and previously a Board Member of the Georgia Society of Surgical Assistants.

Marilyn Judd, Regional Operations Director

Marilyn JuddMarilyn is responsible for the implementation of JSA's surgical assisting practice. Marilyn has over 10 years of project management, operations, and sales and marketing experience from health & fitness products, high tech, and financial services within the public sector. Previously, she was the Director of Center Operations for Nautilus Inc, and Nationwide Asset Services.

Ann Schaker, Billing Director

Ann SchakerFor 18 years Ann has been committed to the surgical assisting profession. Her experience includes scheduling, billing and management of independent surgical assistants as well as group practices. Her customer portfolio includes physician groups and hospitals. She also served as Secretary of the Georgia Society of Surgical Assistants where she lobbied for licensure of surgical assistants in the state.

Patrick Bryan, Controller

Patrick BryanPatrick was previously a controller at HealthAmerica Realty Group. He also served as the North American Accounting Manager for Infor Global Solutions. He holds a BBA from Kennesaw State University.
